Twenty (20) years’ progressive and demonstrable international development experience in a broad-range of areas including conservation, climate change adaptation and mitigation, disaster risk reduction and humanitarian response, and livelihoods and food security. Throughout this career, I have mastered a number of competencies including: inspirational leadership; exceptional programme design and management; exemplary honesty and integrity; excellent problem solving skills; and valuing diversity and developing others. I have also acquired and improved skills such as managing NGOs with multidisciplinary teams, managing large-scale programs, partnerships and networking, and building the capacity of local organizations.
