Summary

Stanley is the Executive Director of the South Saharan Social Development Organization (SSDO), a non-profit focused on responding to sub-national development issues across the Nigerian geo-political landscape. He also co-developed a five–year (2021-2025) costed strategic plan that emphasized strategic clarity and coherence; reviewed organizational policies to conform with industry best practices and restructured corporate communication strategy for effective external and internal communication with an increased focus on social media. Through his leadership, SSDO has become the leading non-profit in Southeast Nigeria. He initiated and executed a business development strategy that deepened and broadened her partnerships with donors, led to threefold revenue growth, and expanded the organization's grant portfolio. Stanley is a public health specialist and innovator, leveraging technology to drive improvement in healthcare. He founded a health tech start-up (Prexcribe.io) offering EHR interoperability and providing AI-powered intelligence for personalized care coordination and informed clinical decision-making. Prexcribe has launched its first product – a SaaS EHR that processes and aggregates medical orders for patients and providers. Stanley regularly provides services as a Consultant for the PwC Nigeria Global Fund/Local Fund Agent on the TB and HIV grants where he offers advisory services on health financing, program evaluation and audits, process improvement, strategic purchasing, and program management. Before this, Stanley led the outcomes and evaluation sub-division on a PEPFAR-CDC-funded HIV Epidemic Control program. He supervised health informatics, monitoring and Evaluation, disease surveillance, continuous quality improvement, and clinical and operational research teams. Earlier in his career, Stanley evaluated public health programs for the World Bank, DFID/FCDO, and GAVI. He offered SRH services, provided quality assurance services to a leading health maintenance organization, and was a clinical trial research coordinator on a Phase III Clinical Trial for Tranexamic Acid (TXA). This drug reduces death and surgical morbidity in women with Post-Partum Haemorrhage (PPH).
