· Msc. Public Health and Epidemiology (Sweden), DDS (Tanzania),Business Admin (Canada)
· Over 12 years senior experience working with complex programs on health care improvement, health system strengthening and public health.
· Excellent knowledge of district/community level issues impacting health service delivery
· Experience managing over 600,000 USD donor funded national project in Tanzania
· Demonstrated experience of successfully managing relationships with governments, donors, and other partners in a complex political environment.
· Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of building, directing, motivating, and managing teams composed of technical experts, program managers, and administrative staff.
· Experience in indicator development, data collection and analysis, data quality assessments, and/or performance monitoring and reporting
