OTIENO is a Water and Environmental Engineering professional with over twelve (12) years of relevant and progressive experience in design, resource mobilization, proposal development, implementation and management of water, sanitation and hygiene in humanitarian and developmental context. He has worked in Kenya, Somalia, Bangladesh and South Sudan. OTIENO can work with diversity of cultures, insecure and harsh environment whilst delivering the set objectives. He has coordinated and managed an average of US$ 3 Million budget. He has experience managing various donors including; USAID/BHA, Government of CANADA, SSHF, ECHO, UNICEF, World Vision and WSTF. HE has played keys roles in the project cycle from resource mobilizing, implementing, managing and technical assistance at various stages. OTIENO is acquainted with the use of computer aided design programmes AutoCAD and Civil 3D
