With over 32 years of experience and insight into border security, customs modernization, trade facilitation and risk assessment. I have extensive experience and knowledge in the development and implementation of innovative solutions with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). I am the President and Chief Executive Officer of Innovador Inc. and responsible for market development and acts as the lead Subject Matter Expert for our Customs, Law Enforcement and Regulatory clients. I previously held executive leadership roles in Operations, Enforcement, Intelligence and Innovation, Science & Technology with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and currently hold a position as the Chief of Party for a USAID project in Haiti. During my career, I work on multiple international projects with the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), UK Border Force, Australian Border Force, the World Customs Organization’s (WCO) and work on international capacity building mission.
