A health management professional with over 20 years of international experience, I bring a deep and diverse background in health systems strengthening, project implementation, and strategic leadership across more than 30 countries. Currently at DAI, I support multi-country health initiatives— ensuring efficient technical resource allocation to meet organizational and programmatic goals. My expertise spans strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development, having successfully collaborated with multilateral, bilateral, non-profit, as well as private sector actors in the extractive and medical supply chain industries. I have a strong track record in policy development, risk management, and solving complex public health challenges through innovative, evidence-informed approaches. I am deeply committed to building resilient health systems and improving service delivery. My leadership style is rooted in empowering teams, fostering collaboration, and embedding strong monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure results-based programming and continuous learning. Over the past seven years, I have led or supported the close-out of development program contracts exceeding USD 100 million and have managed multi-country health security grants totaling USD 30 million. My technical areas of focus include applying a One Health approach, integrated disease surveillance and response, IHR strengthening, and the design and use of data systems for decision-making. While my primary focus has been in public health, I have also contributed to equity and social protection, climate, WASH, sustainability, and education initiatives to support holistic development outcomes. I am passionate about driving impact through inclusive, sustainable, and locally led global health solutions.
