Was central in spearheading the transfer of KISIP procurement operations from the old Procurement-Cycle-Tracking-System (PROCYS) to the new Systematic Tracking Exchanges in Procurement (STEP) programme 3. Prepared the Project Procurement Strategy for Development (PPSD) for the Second Phase of the Kenya Informal Settlement Improvement Project.
