Worked in then Ministry of Agriculture and Coopearatves for about 15 years and at the same time deputed by MoAC/GoN to severals donors funded projects like, SDC/N, REED-Barna (Norwagian INGO), UNDP, DFID and World Bank etc.
In UNDP, DFID and the World Bank, I have been developed my skils and knowledge in the field of Good Governance. Strenghting Public Financial Management system of GoN ministries of MoFALD, MoHP etc. In the World Bank project worked as Team Leader to improve Social Accountability of the Civil Society Organizations (CSO's) and Citizens of Nepal so that capacity of the people would be enhaced about their own accountabilty with Public sector. This was a kind of Demand driven Approach for Good Governance to reduce the level of corruption at sub-national and national level.
