Senior management achievements include serving as the Chief of Party for the Research Technical Assistance Center (2918-present) designed to leverage U.S. and international scholars to conduct evidence-based research and technical assistance for USAID, the Knowledge Sharing and Analysis (KSA) project (2007-2013) focused on sub-Saharan Africa and best practices related to trade development, and the Removal of Investment Constraints in Kazakhstan (RICK) project (2000-2001) concerned with private sector development and governance issues. Also served as Investment Component Leader for regulatory reform activities based in the Organization for Eastern Caribbean States (2005-2006), Practice Area Manager at The Services Group, Inc. (TSG), and Team Leader for projects in over 20 countries. Experienced trainer, facilitator, and presenter using a variety of process improvement, change management, strategic decision-making, and consensus building techniques for senior level audiences.
