Khatib Alam is an experienced international adviser, team leader, project / programme manager, sustainability/climate resilient consultant with particular expertise in change management, strategic planning, infrastructure delivery and institutional development with many years of working experience on multi-disciplinary, complex and challenging projects as an international adviser/consultant. His working experience mainly comprises leading, managing and implementing major long term international assignments in the "field" for GIZ, DFID, WB,IFC, ADB and EU funded projects. His expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including climate risk assessment, adaptation and mitigation planning, sustainable practices, and in-depth knowledge of international sustainability standards and frameworks such as TCFD, EU Taxonomy, and the Paris Agreement.
