Mr. Javed has over 18 years of progressive senior management experience specializing in energy and ICT4D sectors. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a proven track record of designing, monitoring and implementing complex multi-million dollar programs. Over the years, he has established strong partnerships with multiple Governments, private sector and International development community, and secured extensive funding through DFID, British Council, USAID, UNDP, US State Dept., IDRC, Microsoft, Nokia, Kodak and Government of Pakistan (GoP). He has been involved in several initiatives related to private sector inclusive energy planning, RE policy making, instituting smart tools and technologies and infrastructure improvements.
