Tariq Awwad is a dynamic professional with 18 years of practical experience working in organizational development programs in Jordan and the Middle East focusing on organizational development, institutional design, governance, decentralization and capacity building. Tariq Awwad managed successfully many projects with donor and public organizations in the field of strategy, organization structuring, human capital development, procedures development and processes design. Currently working with UNDP Jordan in the suppport of fiscal decentralization, PPP and supporting investments at the subnational level. Worked with the Fiscal Reform and Public Financial Management in Jordan - USAID project that was implemented by Deloitte handling fiscal decentralization at sub national level. A graduate from Syracuse University in 2002 in Engineering Management, and fluent in English and Arabic.
