Temitayo (Tayo) Erogbogbo (He / Him)

Temitayo (Tayo) Erogbogbo is the Global Head of Corporate & Public Affairs at Axmed, bringing over 25 years of experience in the private sector and international development. With 18 years in the pharmaceutical industry, holding roles in sales, marketing, patient relations, communications, and government affairs, addressing health issues that include HIV/AIDS, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, and NCDs, including cancer care. Recently, Tayo led Multilateral Organization Engagement within Corporate Affairs at MSD to advance access to health, and led global advocacy for MSD for Mothers initiative, the companies $650M flagship philanthropic program, benefiting over 30 million women. He directed global collaborations with organizations such as the UN and the World Bank. He coordinated engagement in global platforms such as the World Economic Forum, UN General Assembly, and World Health Assembly. Tayo is a member of the FP2030 Governance Board and the WHO Country Connector Steering Committee, supporting private sector engagement in healthcare. He actively participates in global – national platforms and has served on multiple technical and steering committees. A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), Tayo co-led MSD’s European Employee Business Resource Group – League of Employees of Africa Decent. He promotes gender and ethnic diversity on global platforms like the WEF.
