Tira is a highly experienced qualitative researcher and external consultant with a strong background in research-based advocacy, poverty studies, child and youth research, qualitative analysis, and gender and social inclusion. She specializes in women’s economic empowerment and monitoring, learning, and evaluation (MLE). With a proven track record of consulting for leading multilateral organizations—including NABU, UNICEF, UNRC, Women’s World Banking, World Vision, DFAT, USAID, and Oxfam—Tira brings strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and evidence-based advocacy to every project. Her skill set extends to networking, child-led research, and qualitative research synthesis. Holding a Master’s degree in Development Studies with a focus on Children and Youth Studies, she is also a recipient of the prestigious LPDP Scholarship BIP PK 29-2015. Passionate about driving social change, Tira is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to support vulnerable and marginalized communities across Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
