Uche is a highly experienced M&E professional with over 16 years of progressive contributions to monitoring and evaluation (M&E) in USAID/CDC-funded projects in Nigeria and Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) Policy Accelerator project in Canada. His expertise encompasses M&E of development aid programs in health and capacity building for health workers and government staff, making him a valuable asset to any team. Uche is a leader in using data to inform decision-making at operational and strategic levels of decision and policy-making. Additionally, he has extensive experience working with USAID in Nigeria, leading performance monitoring and program evaluations, compiling data for reporting, and leading M&E teams to improve national and state health information systems (HIS) performance. Uche is adept at engaging with various stakeholders, building partnerships, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals and uphold organizational values. Currently, he works in Canada and applies his M&E expertise to contribute to reducing the global burden of Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) while teaching part-time graduate students in various universities.
