Health economist, I have been a consultant for several firms and research institutes. I provided technical assistance during several missions with funding from several technical and development organizations such as, Samusocial International, WHO, UNFPA / USAID Senegal / Belgian Coop, Amref Health Africa, Abt Associates, Lux dev, the CUOMO foundation, etc. In the area of health financing; I was a member of the team of consultants who carried out the study on financing family planning. To this is added several reflections on the financing of health systems in Africa. He also gained experience through several studies in costing, health financing, strategic planning, organizational and institutional diagnosis, budgeting, project evaluation (near 30 studies).I am also a trainer. Since 2014, he has been training in project management with MS Project software and since 2016, co-trainer of the WSIN (Workload Indicators of Staffing Need).
