I have nearly 15 years of professional experience (including 10 years of field experience) implementing and managing international development programs designed to support vulnerable populations—including youth, women, and ethnic populations—to achieve social and economic inclusion, increase incomes and alternative livelihoods, and advance community cohesion and reconciliation. Demonstrated professional experience in: Adaptive program management and strategy development; Business development and grant writing; Communications and report writing; Monitoring, evaluation, learning, and knowledge management; Financial management and grants administration. I have completed short- and long-term assignments in Colombia, Guatemala, Paraguay, Peru, Burkina Faso, Niger, and Mozambique. I hold a master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford and a bachelor’s degree in History from Harvard University. I speak native English, fluent Spanish, intermediate French and Italian, and basic Portuguese.
