I have a decade of professional experience, including seven years of field experience implementing and managing international development programs designed to support vulnerable populations and regions affected by armed conflict, social and economic exclusion, and illicit crop cultivation. I hold a master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in History from Harvard University. I have extensive academic experience in transitional justice, reconciliation, conflict resolution, and human rights. I have engaged in short- and long-term technical assignments (STTAs/LTTAs) based in Colombia, Guatemala, Paraguay, Peru, Burkina Faso, Niger, and Mozambique. I speak native English, fluent Spanish, intermediate French and Italian, and basic Portuguese.
