Vikash is a Public Procurement and Development professional with about 20 years (1991 - 2021) of multi-disciplinary experience in India with projects / programs of World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Department for International Development and KfW. His 20 years of work experience includes around 14 years of work experience is exclusively in the area of Procurement (Services/ Goods / Works), Materials and Supply Chain Management mainly for Procurement Reforms and Strengthening of Procurement and Supply Chain System for Implementation of best practices to get value for money. Some of the key activities he was involved in his professional career are: Capacity Building of government staff in procurement, Preparation of Procurement Manual and Guidelines; Preparation of EOIs/RFPs/other Bid Documents; Bid Evaluation; Contract Management and other related activities. He has in-depth knowledge of Procurement Rules/ Guidelines of the Government of India and various states in India, World Bank, ADB, DFID, and KfW and has vast experience as a Public Procurement Reforms Consultant in Government/Development Sector. He was also empanelled as certified Public Procurement Advisor/Trainer/Consultant in resource pool of World Bank (South Asia Procurement-SARP) (June 2013 to June 2015)
