Statistician, computer scientist and holder of an MBA in finance, I have fourteen (14) years of general professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning and research. For more than eight (8) years, I managed planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning systems for various development projects, evaluation and learning systems for various development projects in the hygiene and sanitation (WASH) and public health projects funded by donors such as USAID, PMI and the Global Sanitation Fund hosted by UNOPS. I've also had the opportunity to work for International Organizations such as Tetra tech ARD and MCD Global Health, to hold technical and managerial positions that enabled me to master the indicators and other monitoring-evaluation and learning tools promoted by USAID and other global donors. In addition, several short-term technical assistance assignments have enabled me to work as a researcher, evaluator and data manager on humanitarian and development projects in the fields of education, child protection, gender-based violence and the prevention of violent extremism. Through my experiences, I have acquired the ability to use strategic information to generate knowledge that can be used to learn from implementation, adapt it and guide decisions to ensure the success of interventions. In addition to an excellent command of data management tools and information systems, I have a very good grasp of development and humanitarian project cycle management.
