Wendy Abt has extensive transactional experience in bank privatization and restructuring working both as an investor and as an adviser to governments and central banks on bank restructuring, privatizations, credit risk management, and pricing. Her investment management and advisory work has involved both DFI, corporate strategic, private equity investors focused on commercial banking with an emphasis on mass consumer banking, primarily in Africa and the US.
