Other skills include designing digital/ online data collection tools such as Kobo and ODK, data analysis skills (Excel, SPSS, Stata), participatory data collection, report writing. Designing M&E plans and Frameworks, Indicator development; technical proposal and concept note development. Gender and inclusion include GESI related M&E activities such as gender power analysis, gender assessments, gender audits, indicator development, advocacy, policy analysis, mainstreaming and integrating protection, safeguarding, programme development and implementation. Experience in agriculture, WASH, disaster risk reduction and management, conflict prevention, resilience building, urban and rural livelihoods development, SRHR, food and nutrition security, humanitarian aid (Cash, food, NFIs)
