My experience is leading international development organizations with these competencies: strategic planning, logical and results based framework application, financial management, program design and evaluation, fund-raising, team building, research strategies for praxis. I am currently the Chief of Party for a USAID funded project in Cambodia carried out by Save the Children, and previously held positions for a number of organizations: Chief of Party for Whole Child International in El Salvador, Country Director in Bolivia for Childfund, PROCOSI, the Quipus Craft Development Program and the interactive learning center, Kusillo, in La Paz, Bolivia. I have extensive experience designing, resourcing and implementing programs for children and youth, including hands on learning, early childhood, youth leadership and civic engagement, violence prevention, child protection, community health and leadership development. I have managed USAID, IADB, SIDA and EU funds.
