Experience in writing, updating and implementing Performance Monitoring Plans, Communications Strategies, and Monitoring and Evaluation Systems in the Dominican Republic Understanding the United States Agency for International Development’s directives and information needs. Monitoring and documenting compliance of the technical aspects of different Dominican Republic’s mission (USAID/DR) contractual agreements. Experience in creating public and private sector dialogue in the Dominican Republic for Program implementation Strong financial analysis background and international trade experience obtained while working at managerial positions and project management roles. Proficiency in written and oral communications skills in English and Spanish.
