I have 12 years of experience at the intersection of technology, policy, and economic inclusion, helping governments, donors, and the private sector leverage digital solutions for socioeconomic impact. My work spans digital financial services, public digital infrastructure, emerging tech, and digital inclusion, across diverse contexts in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. I specialize in turning complex policy challenges into actionable strategies—whether it’s scaling open-source tools, building national digital skills programs, or advising on AI for climate resilience. At USAID, I led global initiatives to expand digital skills and infrastructure including managing a $6.5M workforce development program in the Philippines and shaping policy frameworks for digital health in Brazil. Previously, I authored papers on tech and climate adaptation, advised African governments on digital ID and connectivity, directed inclusive fintech investments and policies for underserved populations.
