Summary

I help organizations—and the people who lead them—make sense of complexity, build learning cultures, and translate insight into action. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of consulting, applied research, and higher education. I’ve led initiatives for global donors, ministries, and universities—as well as for major corporations across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. My clients have included Deutsche Post/DHL, Shell, LG Chemical, CEMEX, and Procter & Gamble, alongside development actors such as USAID, where I directed evaluations, learning summits, and capacity-building engagements across more than a dozen countries. As a consultant, I bring deep expertise in systems thinking, strategic facilitation, applied qualitative research, and organizational learning. I’ve supported both public and private sector partners in designing performance frameworks, embedding learning systems, and navigating institutional transformation. My approach is grounded, adaptive, and collaborative—attuned to real-world complexity and strategic purpose. I also offer proven leadership and project management experience in conflict-affected and politically sensitive environments, with a strong record of navigating risk and delivering results under pressure. As an educator, I’ve taught management and organizational strategy in diverse global contexts—from NYU Shanghai to Lingnan College (China) to programs in Vietnam. I use experiential, cross-cultural, and interdisciplinary approaches to help students become reflective practitioners and strategic thinkers. My courses integrate practical tools, live case analysis, and systems frameworks for navigating uncertainty and change. I’m based in the EU and open to consulting and teaching opportunities internationally. I travel regularly and work comfortably in cross-cultural and remote team environments. My academic background includes a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, where my dissertation on knowledge absorption and resistance in cross-border strategic partnerships in higher education was awarded with distinction. I’m fluent in German, speak French and Russian, have working knowledge of Mandarin, and am actively learning Irish.
