Youssouf Toure

Proven management and organizational skills – with other 13 years progressively responsible experience in west and central africa – in multi-disciplinary programs and operational teams (CVE, peacebuilding, promoting peaceful elections, international development, emergency, and education) with successful results in a unique iterative, collaborative team approach with both donors and implementing partners.  Five (5) years of specific experience in three different USAID/OTI project in West and Central Africa, holding progressively the positions of: (i) grants specialist, (ii) program development officer and (iii) Senior Program development officer.  Programming and M&E expertise with a strong understanding of Donors’ rules and guidelines (USAID/OTI, OFDA, CIDA, ECHO, World Bank Group, African Development Group).  Overseen the development, implementation, M&E and close out of more than 100 small grants in fast-paced and constantly changing security environments in various African countries.
