I started my career in international development in Indonesia in 1991. After that I worked in South Asia ( mainly Bangladesh) with NGOs on integrated rural development initiatives. For the last 20 years I have been involved in development projects funded by the Dutch Government, DFAT, FCDO and the EC in the capacity of project director, project manager and technical consultant in Eastern Europe and Asia. Currently I am based in the Netherlands and Team Leader of the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment, a program funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
