Recruitment and Talent Manager role overview:
As part of our growth plans, we are looking to define the UK’s business line as its own entity and, in turn, have created a brand-new Recruitment and Talent Manager opportunity. Working as part of the wider HR team, the Recruitment and Talent Manager is a hands-on resourcing role responsible for overseeing and developing the UK Head Office recruitment activities, providing strategic and operational advice whilst also supporting, coaching, and guiding those contributing to such processes to develop their own capability.
The UK team are based in London; however, Chemonics are a global company; therefore, travelling to and working from international locations may be required, as business needs dictate, to successfully manage international relationships or projects.
