Job Description

Objectives of Role

The BST Training Coordinator will be responsible for delivering training on the project management and financial accounting software ‘BST11’ to corporate and program staff across the Asia-Pacific region. This includes developing training materials and providing both face-to-face and online training and support.

The role will play a key part in transitioning the business from multiple individual MYOB instances—currently consolidated at month-end—into a centralized ERP system. Approximately 19 programs are scheduled to be fully migrated to BST11 by May 2027.

Additionally, the position will support the upgrade of corporate operational systems from BST version 8 to version 11, planned for early March 2026.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate key activities associated with change management, training, support, and transition during the Go Live of the BST11 Implementation.
  • Work closely with BST11 Implementation Project Management Team in the planning, coordination and running of all training.
  • Deliver (and face-to-face where applicable) of BST11 to Corporate & Finance staff in Asia Pacific region during the go-live process and as required.
  • Form a major part of the MYOB-BST Transition Team largely responsible for delivering program tailored BST11 Training to Program Staff throughout Asia & Pacific for Cash Accounting (Accounts Payable/VIR, Journal Entry, Timesheets, Reports & Project Inquiries and others as applicable). In addition to taking ownership for the training delivery assisting with BST11 set up tasks to transition the program into BST completely.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials for company-wide implementation
  • Develop video training materials and Quick Reference guide documentation for organisation wide use
  • Provide BST11 Support to Programs as they transition from MYOB and hand over to in-house support team
  • Support change management as business processes are reviewed and modernised e.g. move to CPM and LS project management and billing from CP.
  • Support BST11 Implementation Project Management Team.
  • ·Participate in testing of multiple integrated environments and upgrades. DT-Global expects to implement the 4.3 upgrade in the months following the Go Live.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

Essential Experience and Knowledge

  • High-level interpersonal skills including verbal and written communications skills and an exceptional ability to develop capacity of others
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment with respect for diversity
  • BST11 System Knowledge and experience
  • Formal Training Delivery qualification (Certificate or Diploma)
  • Ability to independently create Training Documentation \ Videos
  • ERP System Implementation experience
  • Project Management\Change Management skills and experience
  • 10 years+ relevant work experience
Desirable
  • BST v8 experience for translation purposes to BST11.
  • CPM and LS project management experience
  • CPM and LS billing experience
