Your Mission

Key Roles

1. Graphic Design

• Assist in the development of promotional materials such as brochures, videos, and infographics (with guidance and feedback provided to support skill development).

2. Photography and Videography Support

• Support BDF’s mission by capturing photos and video footage for use in communication materials.
• Learn and apply skills in using media equipment and editing software to produce professional content.

3. PDPA and Child Protection Support

• Manage and store consent forms in Salesforce in compliance with data protection policies.

4. Social Media Content Creation

• Assist in crafting compelling daily content stories for BDF’s social media platforms, including collecting photos, short videos, and relevant information.

5. Dao Ethical Gifts Communication Support

• In line with the MOU between Baan Dek Foundation and Dao Ethical Gifts, dedicate approximately 20% of working time to:
• • Organizing and storing photos and videos on Google Drive for backup.
  • Assisting with communication materials related to Dao Ethical Gifts.

6. BSI Video Editing Support

• Edit the Voice from the Sectors video series to promote the BSI mission and partnerships with the construction sector.
• Provide supporting materials such as footage, photos, and program information.

Support Roles

1. Enhancing Awareness and Visibility

• Contribute to raising awareness of BDF’s mission and activities by creating and editing content for social media and websites.

2. Training and Capacity Building

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve communication skills and technical capacity.

Your Profile

Education/Experience

• Studies in Communication, Media, Community Innovation, or a related field.

Working Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.
• Knowledge of Lightroom, InDesign, and Premiere Pro is an asset.
• Ability to adapt and use AI-generated tools for daily tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong interest in human/child rights and social development.

Other Skills and Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Native Thai speaker with conversational English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Time management support will be provided through regular check-ins and flexible working arrangements to ensure deadlines are met.

Baan Dek is a Thai registered foundation with the mission of facilitating access to education, healthcare, and safety for all children in need from the construction sector.100% of donations received are spent on our projects in Thailand.

Today, Baan Dek takes care of more than 1,000 vulnerable children in Chiang Mai. It knows them each one by one and provide critical support by ensuring that they can receive an education, access healthcare, and live in a safe environment.
