Created in 1962 through a unique agreement between the Organization of American States (OAS) and the private sector, the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) is an independent, non-profit organization that creates public-private partnerships to assist the least advantaged people in Latin America and the Caribbean. Position Summary
PADF seeks a Colombia-based Deputy Chief of Party for an anticipated U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) program. Working under the direction of the Chief of Party (COP), the Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) is responsible for directing the programmatic aspects of the project; overseeing the technical short-term and long-term, teams; and ensuring that the project provides assistance within budget, schedule, and U.S. and local laws and PADF rules and regulations. Position is contingent on funding. Anticipated start date June 2020. Fluency in English and Spanish required.
