Job Description Internship Details/Roles and Responsibilities:
  • The intern will be attached to the Facilities department. Responsibilities include:
  • Support in Inventory management - Physical inventory & tagging all kinds of inventory.
  • Data entry and data analysis.
  • Hard copy and digital filling of all facility documents.
  • Support Facilities Manager in Supplies and Procurement policy review.
  • Support in Learning and Development of office housekeeping staff.
  • Segregation of files and invoices in a systematic manner.
  • Market research, obtain quotations, and data analysis.
Internship period: 3 months. Work Location: Office Location: 05th Floor, Okhla NSIC Metro Station Building, New Delhi 110020 Work Timing: 9 am – 5.30pm Work Days: Monday - Friday
Requirements Ideal Candidate:
  • Keen to learn new thing/s
  • Is an effective communicator who can establish rapport with people at all levels.
  • Have high energy levels, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Possesses the capacity to remain focused on the task at hand as well as multitasking.
  • Have a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed Educational background: Graduation
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Any prior experience in a similar field.
  • Are available for a 3-month full-time (in-office) internship
