Objectives of the Assignment:
The intern will support the HR team in various operational and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collate and compile required documents as per the checklist and complete e-filing.
  • Collect documents from new joiners and support the onboarding process as per the checklist.
  • Assist the Office HR Team in the implementation of the HRIS system.
  • Develop an understanding of HR reporting through Power BI and support the Office HR team in establishing and implementing the tool.
  • Format and enter policy content in the prescribed format to ensure uniformity across policy documents; conduct basic desk research on policies if required.
  • Provide support in drafting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and assisting with recruitment-related tasks.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Work Location:

  • Office: 5th Floor, Okhla NSIC Metro Station Building, New Delhi 110020
  • Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Department and Reporting: HRBP – Office HR

Selection Process:

  • Shortlisting of resumes
  • Face-to-face or virtual interview

Requirements:

  • Background knowledge or interest in HR functions is desirable.
  • Strong data entry and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel are essential); knowledge of Power BI and basic graphic design tools is an advantage.
  • Graduate or currently pursuing a Master’s/MBA in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
