ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
ONE is looking for a Campaign and Citizen Mobilization Assistant – Social Media Intern to join the Campaign and Citizen Mobilization team at its France office in Paris. This six-month internship will begin in September 2025 and offers a dynamic opportunity to support social impact campaigns within a highly committed team.

The Campaign team in France is composed of a Campaign Coordinator and a Campaign Manager, with whom the intern will collaborate closely.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Instagram and Facebook channels in coordination with the Campaigns team, following established brand guidelines.
  • Conduct audits and competitive benchmarks to recommend new content strategies aimed at recruiting more supporters across social media and email platforms.
  • Suggest engaging and timely content ideas for newsletters, supporter emails, and blog posts aligned with national, European, and international campaign initiatives.
  • Support the KOL (Key Opinion Leaders)/influencer strategy by researching relevant profiles based on target audience and competitor benchmarking, with a focus on pro bono engagement.
  • Assist with other campaign-related tasks as requested by the Campaigns Manager.

PROFILE AND SKILLS

  • Currently pursuing higher education in communications, marketing, digital media, or social networks.
  • Prior experience (internship or academic project) in communications or social media management is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
  • Creative and innovative, with the ability to generate engaging and relevant content ideas.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, or similar) is a strong advantage.
  • Most importantly, you are highly motivated and passionate about contributing to the fight against global poverty.

TERMS

  • Location: Paris, France
  • Duration: 6 months (starting September 2025)
  • Remuneration: €1,200 gross per month
  • Requirement: Candidates must have a valid internship agreement (convention de stage)
