1. About the Role
As Digital Technology Solutions & Strategy (DTSS) transitions to a more integrated and outcome-driven digital delivery model, we are seeking a Product Owner to take hands-on responsibility for the success of specific enterprise platforms and digital products. Reporting to the Platform & Product Owner, this role focuses on delivering enhancements, user-centric features, integrations, and continuous improvements to platforms central to governance, development operations, and integration workflows—including Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), ServiceNow, Copado, Cloud ALM or other SAP CI/CD tools, and Workato—while maintaining awareness of how these platforms interact with the broader Gavi application landscape (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Zycus, DarwinBox, Sage, and Power Platform). The Product Owner is embedded within the delivery process and works closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and vendors to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and drive delivery in alignment with strategic priorities.

Product Ownership & Backlog ManagementAct as the day-to-day product owner for one or more enterprise platforms or digital products, with a focus on governance, workflow, and integration platforms (e.g., Atlassian, ServiceNow, Copado, Cloud ALM, Workato).
