The Role
The Partnership Officer will work full time with the Nauru Economic Governance program under the Australian Pacific Partnership Platform to support the management and delivery of the Nauru Australian Economic Governance Program in Nauru. The position is based in Nauru and will report to the Program Director and support the Senior Program officer in progressing relating priorities in Nauru. The Partnership Officer is responsible for providing administration and project support. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and administration of the Economic Governance Program and Partnership Platform activities in Nauru, including, logistics, deployee support, local procurement, finance administration and office management, once an office is established

About You
You are an experienced administration, operations or project administration professional with proven experience providing the full suite of operational, deployee and administrative support across challenging or remote contexts. You possess high level written communication skills and are responsive to changing program needs. You have exceptional organisational, time management, customer service and relationship building skills. Previous experience working within the international development context will be highly regarded.
You are interested in working in a dynamic role for a multidisciplinary development program. You will enjoy variety in your work and can build rapport with others, ensuring great service and reliability.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must be a Citizen of Nauru.

The Australia-Pacific Partnerships Platform program is an Australian Government initiative funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and managed by DT Global. It provides Pacific Island Countries with a suite of flexible, fit-for-purpose options that support broad governance and stability development outcomes.
