Employment Type: Full-time (Remote work is not an option) Job Summary: The Partnerships Manager will be
responsible for Responsible for the fundraising targets of EAA by developing EAA partnerships with international and regional private sector partners, private and corporate foundations, multisector private sector cooperations, and development of innovating financial instruments to maximize support for EAA projects and targets. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in securing funding, building sustainable partnerships, and driving innovative financing initiatives to support EAA’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a Private Sector Fundraising Strategy aligned with EAA’s overall objectives.
  • Create and implement an annual business plan to maximize partnerships and meet EAA fundraising targets.
  • Research, identify and establish multisector private sector partnerships for long-term
    sustainability and repeat funding.
  • Research and identify potential partnership opportunities with international corporations and private sector foundations.
  • Develop compelling bids, grant proposals, and partnership packages for funding
    opportunities.
  • Lead and manage funding applications, including bid writing and grant proposals, for
    international organizations and global private sector foundations.
  • Design and implement Impact Bonds, Endowment Funds, and other innovative financial
    mechanisms to secure sustainable funding.
  • Monitor and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) from all partnership activities and
    provide strategic recommendations.
  • Research and benchmark best practices from global foundations and nonprofits for partnership
    strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance EAA’s partnership and
    fundraising efforts.
  • Build and managestrong relationships with existing and potential international partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and loyalty, including
    tailored work plans and communication strategies.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of international partnership campaigns and events in
    collaboration with the private sector partnerships and communications teams.
  • Develop marketing materials and communication tools to promote EAA’s partnership
    initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of an annual EAA International Partnership Newsletter.
  • Develop and promote volunteering and awareness initiatives for corporate partners.
  • Establish and implement new financing and partnership models as per the department’s business requirements.
  • Supervise the maintenance and updating of the prospective partners’ database, ensuring
    accurate tracking of engagement efforts, compliance with data entry protocols,
    and regular analysis to assess partnership development progress

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Development,
    Fundraising, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in international fundraising, corporate partnerships, or private sector engagement.
  • Proven experience in international partnerships and fundraising, specifically within the private sector.
  • Prior experience working with a globally recognized NGO or brand organization is mandatory.
  • Strong background in developing and managing international corporate partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Qatar (Remote work is not an option).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies and secure funding from private sector foundations and corporations.
  • Strong experience in bid writing, grant applications, and proposal development.
  • Knowledge ofimpact bonds, endowment funds, and innovative financial mechanisms is an advantage.
  • Expertise in corporate social responsibility (CSR), international philanthropy, and donor relations.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to conduct market research and identify potential funding opportunities.
  • Experience managing international campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Exceptionalorganizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
