Job Description

DT Global, the implementing partner of USAID/OTI’s Sudan Transition Program – South (STP-S), is contemplating a research activity focused on RFI # P1017-OPS-PR-0623-077 : Information Consumption & Disinformation in South Kordofan and Blue Nile States, Sudan

As such, DT Global is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research to gain a better understanding of the capabilities of interested partners who may be able to provide the services described in the RFI document attached to this post. DT Global is anticipating responses from organizations who have demonstrated capacity to operate in Sudan. DT Global will use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes to ensure that DT Global meets its needs in the most effective, economical, and timely manner.

If your organization is interested in providing a written response to this RFI, kindly review the summary of the contemplated activity, requested capabilities statement, and instructions to respond to this RFI. Responses are due no later than 1700hrs (5PM) East African Time on Sunday, June 18, and should be submitted electronically via email to:

This RFI is not a solicitation for work or a request for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of DT Global. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by DT Global to form a binding contract. Responses to this RFI are strictly voluntary, and DT Global will not pay respondents for information provided in response to this RFI. Submissions in response to this RFI will not be returned and respondents will not be notified of the results of the review.
