Job Description

Qualification: MBA or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management or a Post Graduate in Social Sciences or rural development or development studies, with at least 8 years of experience in Skill Development and an overall experience of 10 years.

1) Should have experience of implementing large scale skill development projects either at the center or State level.

2) Should have good understanding of the skilling ecosystem.

3) Should have worked on guidelines, SoPs etc.

4) Should have good understanding of the monitoring frameworks and KPIs.
