EnCompass LLC recherche un consultant pour servir de Spécialiste en partenariat public-privé (PPP) dans l’équipe d’évaluation à mi-parcours de l’activité Feed the Future Senegal Policy Systems Service (PSS).
Le poste est basé à Dakar, Sénégal et peut inclure des déplacements dans les régions intérieures du Sénégal.??
La Plateforme conduit une évaluation de performance à mi-parcours de l’activité Feed the Future Sénégal Policy Systems Service (PSS), un programme de cinq ans qui vise à renforcer les systèmes de politique agricole et alimentaire sénégalais afin de faire progresser l’autonomie du Sénégal et de réduire la pauvreté, d’améliorer les résultats nutritionnels, de renforcer la résilience, d’améliorer la sécurité de l’eau et d’accélérer la croissance et la transformation de l’agriculture inclusive. L’objectif de l’évaluation est d’évaluer la performance de l’activité PSS alors qu’elle achève sa troisième année de mise en œuvre, ainsi que les questions plus générales qui ont un impact sur la théorie du changement et les résultats escomptés, et la mise à l’échelle et la durabilité des interventions.

Position Description
EnCompass LLC is seeking a consultant to serve as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Specialist on the Feed the Future Senegal Policy Systems Service (PSS) mid-term evaluation.
The Platform is leading a mid-term performance evaluation of the Feed the Future Senegal Policy Systems Service (PSS) activity, a five-year program that aims to strengthen the Senegalese Agricultural and food policy systems to advance Senegal’s self-reliance as well as decrease poverty, improve nutritional outcomes, build resilience, improve water security, and accelerate inclusive agricultural growth and transformation. The purpose of the evaluation is to assess PSS Activity performance as it completes its third year of implementation, the broader issues that impact the theory of change and expected results, and scalability and sustainability of interventions.
