    The Asian Development Bank will release a USD3.5 million technical assistance grant to assist the Pacific region in coping with the worldwide economic downturn,

    reported. The sum will be used to set up the Pacific Economic Monitor, which will gather data and economic analysis on the impact of the current crisis to further enhance economic management in the region.
