Jaclyn Schiff is a Washington-based correspondent for Devex. Her focus is on global health and professional development. Jaclyn is also the managing editor of the Brazen Careerist’s blog, and she has written for the U.N. Dispatch, allAfrica.com, CBSNews.com, National Public Radio, PBS MediaShift and other news sources. She is the founder of MediaSchiff, which provides real-time social media services for events and conferences.

Jaco Cilliers is the country director of UNDP in India. Prior to that, he was the deputy resident representative for UNDP in Uzbekistan where he was responsible for the management and coordination of programme and operations. He also worked with UNDP Cyprus as senior programme manager and head of office. Before joining the United Nations, Cilliers worked as deputy regional director for Southern and Central Africa for an international NGO and in senior advisory and management positions for development organizations in various parts of the world. He has significant experience of working in development and conflict areas.

Jacob Lief is the Founder and CEO of Ubuntu Education Fund, a non-profit organization that takes vulnerable children in the townships of Port Elizabeth, South Africa from cradle to career. Ubuntu's child-centred approach highlights the difference between merely touching a child's life versus fundamentally changing it. In 2009, Jacob was selected as an Aspen Institute Global Fellow and, in 2010, he was recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader. He is currently a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania.
