Stoyan Tenev is a senior manager for evaluation at the World Bank Group. His area of responsibilities includes the evaluation of financial and private sector development operations of the World Bank Group. Previously, he was the lead economist for the East Asia and Pacific region of the International Finance Corporation.

Stuart Reid

In 2003, Stuart Reid co-founded The Partnering Initiative, an independent nonprofit organization providing research, training and consultancy around international cross-sector partnerships. Stuart now sits on the TPI board of trustees as well as continuing to contribute significantly to a range of TPI’s programs. One of Stuart’s most striking assets is his ability to bridge the gap between research and practice — combining academic rigor with highly pragmatic and implementable approaches. He has extensive experience of partnership evaluation and organizational change and development from his many years of consultancy and research.

Sue Cavill

Sue Cavill is a consultant with over 20 years of global experience in WASH, including strategy development, policy-relevant research and analysis, monitoring and evaluation, technical support to program design, and capacity strengthening. She is a specialist in gender equality and social inclusion, applying this knowledge to projects implemented by a range of clients, including NGOs, bilaterals, and multilaterals.

Sue Coates

Sue Coates is the executive director ad interim of the Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council, which is hosted by the United Nations Office for Project Services in Geneva and advocates for improved sanitation and hygiene for the most vulnerable and marginalized people around the world. Coates joined WSSCC in July 2018. Previously, she was the regional WASH adviser for UNICEF Eastern and Southern Africa in Nairobi and chief of WASH in UNICEF India, among other positions.

Suela Aksoy

Suela Aksoy is a philanthropy professional with over eight years’ experience in global and local grant giving, focusing on education, risk and resilience, and mental health causes. She has successfully managed both corporate social responsibility initiatives and research projects. In her current role at Lloyd’s Register Foundation, Suela manages the delivery of the World Risk Poll and leads the associated funding call process.

Sufian Ahmed

Sufian Ahmed was Ethiopia's finance minister for two decades and served as an economic adviser to the country's prime minister from 2015 to 2017. He is a member of the G-20's Eminent Persons Group on Global Financial Governance, as well as the advisory board for the Harvard Ministerial Leadership Program. He is also a nonresident fellow at the Center for Global Development and a board member for the Centre for Disaster Protection. Sufian holds a master’s degree in Economic Development and Planning from Addis Ababa University.

Sujeet Sharma is an urban development specialist based in the U.K. Trained as an architect at the School of Planning and Architecture in Delhi, he has worked for a number of practices, both in the U.K. and overseas, and researched extensively on urban issues in cities of the global south. He also advises various NGOs in India and Nepal.

Sulma Warne

Sulma Warne is senior technical adviser on the USAID Reducing Demand for Wildlife project, implemented by RTI International. He has more than 26 years of experience in Asia, working on biodiversity conservation and illegal wildlife trade issues and leading the design, development, and implementation of conservation programs. Sulma has also been actively involved in the delivery of law enforcement capacity building initiatives, demand reduction campaigns, and the strengthening of legal and policy frameworks.

Sultan Nazrin Shah

Sultan Nazrin Shah is the ruler of Perak. Besides his constitutional duties, His Royal Highness is the Royal Patron of the Malaysia International Islamic Financial Centre. Elsewhere, the sultan is an honorary fellow of Worcester College, Oxford, as well as an honorary fellow of Magdalene College, Cambridge. He is also a trustee of the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies, University of Oxford. Apart from co-chairing the United Nations High-Level Panel on Humanitarian Financing, HRH has also served as Malaysia’s Special Envoy at the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations.
