Yuxin Lin is a senior manager on the Policy & Insights team at Economist Impact. She leads research and analysis projects. Based in Washington, D.C., Yuxin specializes in demographics, future of work, and international trade and finance. Prior to joining Economist Impact, Yuxin was vice president at Foreign Policy’s FP Analytics, where she consulted with governments, international organizations, and companies on trade, social policies, and investment strategies.

Yves Guicquéro is the head of development agenda and international partners division at Agence Française de Développement, a position he has held since September 2014. Previously, Yves was director for AFD's Asia department since 2008 and prior to that was responsible for several countries within both the Africa and Asia departments at AFD's Paris headquarters, with overseas stints in French Guyana, Burkina Faso and Ghana.

Yves Leterme is the secretary-general of the Stockholm-based intergovernmental organization International IDEA since June 2014. He served as prime minister of Belgium.

Yvonne Harz-Pitre is the co-chair of Farming First, a global coalition that represents the world's farmers, scientists, engineers and industry as well as leading NGOs. With one shared voice, Farming First highlights the importance of improving farmers' livelihoods and agriculture's potential contribution to global issues such as food security, climate change and biodiversity.

Yvonne MacPherson is the director of BBC Media Action in the U.S. Prior to this role, she was country director of BBC Media Action in India. In this role she was responsible for all strategic, program, financial and technical aspects of the Media Action’s operations in India. While in India from 2004‐2011, Yvonne designed and managed behavior change communication initiatives on HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, gender equality and livelihoods, among others. She is also the co‐author of the policy briefing "Health on the Move: Can mobile phones save lives?"
