Canadian PM Appoints New Deputy Foreign Affairs Chief

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper appointed Morris Rossenberg as the country’s new deputy minister for foreign affairs. He will replace Len Edwards, who will be Harper’s personal representative to the G-8 and G-20 summits that Canada will host in June 2010.
