    Cardno Launches Emerging Markets Division

    By Ivy Mungcal // 05 February 2010

Cardno Ltd., the consultancy group, has rebranded its three development assistance sister companies into a single unit called the Emerging Markets Division. This new unit brings together Cardno Acil, Cardno Agrisystem and Emerging Markets Group under a single management structure.

The rebranding will allow Cardno to maximize its skills base, the company’s Managing Director Andrew Buckely said.

“Locally and internationally our group now offers the added benefit of enhanced global coordination, deeper local knowledge and a broader pool of talent in the development assistance consulting services we offer,” he explained in a press release.

Buckley added that development companies that fall under the Emerging Market Divisions will continue to work as a network of separate companies eligible for donor work in their local markets.

Emerging Market Divisions works with leading donors and international organizations. It manages approximately USD500 million worth of contracts in more than 60 countries.
