    Some foreign governments were among the William J. Clinton Foundation's donors in 2009,

    reports. Norway has so far provided the foundation with a total of USD10 million, while Oman gave between USD1 million and USD5 million. Hillary Clinton's confirmation as U.S. secretary of state was almost derailed due to fears over conflicts of interest in relation toher husband's overseas fundraising efforts and her role in shaping American foreign policy.
