In a rare televised interview, former Cuban leader Fidel Castro said the ”U.S. is responsible” for the March 26 sinking of a South Korean navy ship. The U.S. orchestrated the incident to cause conflict between South and North Korea, Castro claimed according to CNN. The former leader also said Russia and China should have vetoed a U.N. Security Council resolution imposing more sanctions against Iraq.
