Devex Newswire: WASH and the draining issue of water

In today's edition: Could U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris help push water policy to the fore? Plus, Splash CEO explains success, and the panel discussions on the water crisis and possible solutions at Devex WASH Works 2023 summit.
