    Egypt and Serbia conducted a two-day meeting to set up institutional frameworks to improve economic cooperation between the two nations. Serbian and Egyptian businessmen discussed cooperation in the areas of agriculture, privatization, medicine, pharmacology and aviation during the meeting, which ran May 27-28, ISRIA reports.
